 The Alaska Airpark (AK01) is an 18 lot residential fly-in community. The 6 remaining lots available range in size from 2.5 to 5.0 acres and all are wooded with healthy stands of White Birch and Black Spruce. All parcels have runway access by taxiing off the runway or the “Z” taxiway directly onto the lots. All parcels have had driveway, house and hangar pad sites cleared and are ready for your specific hangar and house plans. At the same time that we built the runway, in 2005 -06, we built Kenai Borough maintained roads along the north and south boundaries of the Airpark to serve the lots. The airpark fronts Adkins Road which is located on the north side of the Sterling Highway at mile marker 77. The runway measures 1,750 feet long by 50 feet wide, centered in a 100 foot clearing and easement.
